Registration 08-09 For Wassell Academy

Registration for Wassell Academy 2008-2009

All students registering at Wassell Academy for the first time MUST SIGN UP FOR TESTING. Testing dates are: March 26, May 20, and July 14. Times are scheduled individually beginning at varied times after school if necessary. Testing will determine classroom placement. If we do not have what we feel to be appropriate placement for your child, registration will be declined and fees refunded.

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY!

A non-refundable registration fee is payable when enrolling a student.

Each new student must turn in a copy of their:

• Birth certificate (prior to the first day of school)
• Current record of immunization (prior to the first day)
• Record of good health signed by a doctor (by September 13th)
